Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from MetaCart. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at gadgetxonepk@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
